Application Process-Tips for Approval

We at PPM take pride in the character of our tenants, here are some tips to get your application approved by our owners:

  • Be prepared to provide at least two years of previous rental history information
  • The rent of the property you like should be at a maximum be a third or 33% of your monthly income
  • Thorough credit and criminal background checks will be performed during the application process
  • PPM recommends providing a minimum of two professional recommendations to be included with your application
