Premium Property Management makes it easy for our tenants to rent and communicate with us. Our site makes it easy for you to locate your new home, submit a rent payment or request maintenance.
Application Process-Tips for Approval
We at PPM take pride in the character of our tenants, here are some tips to get your application approved by our owners:
- Be prepared to provide at least two years of previous rental history information
- The rent of the property you like should be at a maximum be a third or 33% of your monthly income
- Thorough credit and criminal background checks will be performed during the application process
- PPM recommends providing a minimum of two professional recommendations to be included with your application
